Mountain chalet in the Val Gardena - Dolomites for private use
Luxury chalet with many facilities so that you can enjoy your own extravagant holiday up in the Val Gardena in South Tyrol
General conditions
• Smoking is prohibited in the Chalet.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Prices quoted are for 4 people, per week.
• For every additional person we charge a surcharge (see prices).
• Short stays are possible on request during the low season. A surcharge of 20% will be applied.
• The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice. - € 1 deposit or creditcard number.
• During high season, a minimum stay is 7 days with Saturday arrival and departure.
• All consumables – dish detergent, toilet paper, and bath soap - are included in the price. Bath linens, robes and slippers are also available for our guests.
• Daily bread is available upon request. (except Sundays)
• The reservation is considered confirmed once the down-payment (30% of the total amount) is received via bank transfer.
• Shuttle service with dinner to our hotel (on request)
Check-in/out
On the arrival day, the apartment will be available from 15.00 (3.00pm),on the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09.00 (9.00am).
Terms of cancellation
In case of cancellation we have to withhold the deposit. In case of last-minute cancellations, delayed arrivals or/and anticipated departures we charge the whole stay. With the payment of the deposit the general booking conditions, especially the terms of cancellation, are considered as understood and legally accepted. The general terms and conditions of trade are applicable according to the Civil Code of Italian Law. The place of jurisdiction is Bolzano/Bozen (BZ).
Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer and or money order. We also accept payment by credit cards or cash cards.
Local tax
Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.
